It’s Walk-n-Talk time again!
Come join the great group of people that show up for this monthly walk. Always laughter and great, meandering conversation.
Date: Sunday, June 3, 2018 (Rain or shine.)
Time: Meet at 2:00 and we’ll start walking at 2:15.
Meeting Place: Front door of Sylvester Middle School. 16222 Sylvester Rd SW, Burien, WA 98166.
Route: We’ll walk NE. along Sylvester, then UP the hill on SW 160th until we get to 13th Ave. SW. Then we’ll head S. on 13th, and take a left to go E. on SW 166th. Then we’ll turn right and walk S. on 10th Ave. SW. to Sylvester. From there, we’ll go left to travel NE. along Sylvester until we get back to the school.
This is a hilly route with a total distance of 1.92 miles. The major UPHILL is when we’re going up SW. 16oth, and we’ll have sidewalks for that portion. Most of the rest of the route is either flat or downhill, with only occasional sidewalks. (Click on the map to enlarge it, and print it if you’d like to have a copy while you walk.)
