HEALTHY KING COUNTY: Communities Putting Prevention to Work.

Meeting will feature a presentation on Safe Routes to School from Feet First, City of Seattle School Traffic Safety Committee and King County Food & Fitness Initiative. Please review the BPAC April Agenda for the meeting of the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory committee (BPAC).  The committee will meet on April 18th at 1 p.m. in the Puget Sound Regional Council (PSRC) Conference Room. Please see the agenda for further details and other agenda items.

 The Bicycle/Pedestrian Advisory Committee coordinates with and advises PSRC staff, policy boards, and other advisory committees on a variety of bicycle and pedestrian-related planning issues. Representatives from member jurisdictions, bicycle and pedestrian interest groups, and citizens from the central Puget Sound region are welcome to attend.

You are also invited to attend the APBP webinar, “ NTPP Update: A Bold Experiment in Four Communities,” which begins at 12 noon in the PSRC Boardroom.  This webinar is longer than normal and extends until 1:30pm.  The BPAC will begin on-time at 1pm in the Conference room and we will continue the webinar in the Boardroom until 1:30.
